The Ranger Wrestling Club has partnered with Mase Training and the Loudoun Gymnastics Center to put on a Fall Technique, Strength and Conditioning program September 20th – November 4th. The program is intended to prepare committed HS wrestlers and advanced youth wrestlers for upcoming national preseason tournaments and the 2010/2011 wrestling season. Special emphasis will be placed on technique, mental preparation and conditioning. The program is intended to complement the preseason programs of area HS wrestling teams. All sessions will be held in Sterling, VA at the Mase Training Center and the Loudoun Gymnastics Center. **Click for details**

Operation Octagon-XI has been officially set for Saturday, June 26, 2010 at the Dulles Sportsplex in Sterling, VA.  This event will include 12 bouts of exciting Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) action and will feature some of the best up and coming fighters from the DC metro area. The fight card currently includes fighters from MASE Training among others…
